Shipping:

Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise indicated at the time of order placement. Products may be shipped separately depending upon the availaiablity from the manufacturer.

Prices are F.O.B. Shipping Point.

The majority of items will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order placement. Some shipments are required to be sent via common carrier – these will be shipped via the current provider of the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

All shipments are ground unless customer specifically requests next day, second day or other delivery options.

Items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. USPS Mail Services are not applicable for most items.

Shipping charges are based on the delivery option chosen, weight, size and dimension of items.

A handling charge of $7.50 will be added to each shipment.

Loss or damage that occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Customer must notify Cech Corporation within 20 days of should any part of the shipment be missing, wrong or damaged (non-carrier related).

Returns:

In general, Return Policy is governed by and processed per the individual manufacturer or supplier specifications. These specifications have precedence over Cech Corporation’s return policy.

Cech Corporation must authorize all returns. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

If the wrong part was ordered, a 25 % restocking fee, plus applicable shipping and handling charges, will apply. Such returns must be made within 15 working days from original ship date. Products must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging – unopened if possible. If, when the products are received back, they are found to be damaged, used or otherwise in poor condition, a determination will be made if an additional refurbishing charge is in order or if the return will be allowed at all; the customer will be notified.

If the wrong product was shipped, the customer will have 2 choices:

• 1) Ship the wrong product back to Cech Corporation and the correct product will be shipped to the customer upon its receipt in our shop; or
• 2) Have the correct product shipped immediately and the customers account billed for the product, shipping and handling charges and a credit will be processed through to the account once the incorrect product is returned to Cech.

If a customer wishes to return an item beyond the 15 – 20 day time frame, it must be approved and terms worked out on a case-by-case basis.
