  • Which areas do you provide industrial scale sales and service to?
    Our Headquarters is located in Saginaw, Mi. Our satellite office is located in Wixom, MI. We service the State of Michigan from these two primary sites.
  • Do you service all brands of scales?
    Yes! Due to our 89 years in business, Cech Scale Technicians know scales and weighing systems inside and out. We currently service anything from a mechanical scale, to full digital technology and everything in between.
  • I have a scale that I purchased somewhere else. Can you fix it?
    Yes: Count on Cech Scale to help you out!
  • How far will your crew travel on a service or repair call?
    We will travel wherever a customer needs us. We have traveled out of State, and Canada to assist customers.
  • If I have an emergency, what do I do?
    Call (800) 968-2324. Please do not email for emergency service. Cech technicians are available 24/7 to get your scales back up and running. We also have free rental scales available to keep you up and running while repairs are being performed.

    Scales are an investment. The best way to maximize the lifespan of everything from precision lab scales to rugged truck scales is through regular preventive maintenance and calibration.
  • How often do I need to service my equipment?
    It depends on your business. Cech Scale recommends a yearly preventative maintenance and calibration once a year as a baseline. However, frequency can vary based on regulatory requirements, internal standards, or your equipment’s specific demands. We offer flexible cycles—quarterly, tri-annual, or semi-annual—to ensure your scales stay in peak condition year-round.
  • How will I know when it’s time to schedule my service?
    We’ve got yOnce you choose your service interval, we log it into our scheduling system. Two to three weeks before your service is due, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm your equipment details and secure a convenient date.
