OUR HISTORY
Cech Scale Company was founded in 1936 by Tony Cech, a skilled scale machinist trained through a traditional apprenticeship in Germany. With nothing more than a set of test weights, his tools, and a strong work ethic, Tony began building his business one customer at a time.

Known for his ability to fix just about anything and his commitment to doing things the right way, Tony quickly earned a reputation for quality service. His favorite saying—“If there’s a will, there’s a way”—became the foundation of the company’s philosophy.

Today, Cech Corporation remains a 3rd generation, family-run business proudly serving the entire state of Michigan. We’re still guided by Tony’s values, delivering dependable service and unmatched repair expertise.
