Our hourly rate for scope of service customers is $75 per hour. That’s almost 30% less than our non-scope of service rate, which is $105 per hour. If you receive eight hours of service performed by one technician on your scales every year, you could save up to $240.

• Higher Precedence in Scheduling

We do our best to accommodate all of our customer calls as they come in, but scope of service customers take priority over non-scope of service calls. If you commit to us taking care of all your scale needs, we commit to being there when you need us and doing so as soon as possible.

• Hassle Free Scheduling of Your Maintenance

You choose how often your scales need to be serviced, biannually, annually, semi-annually, or quarterly. Then we automatically call you when it’s time for your service to be scheduled, ensuring you never miss a calibration and your scales stay in the best working order possible.

All it takes is filling out a simple one page form, which is available for download below, and fax or email it back to us. From there your scales are entered into a preventative maintenance cycle of your choosing.

Regular preventative maintenance is the only way to ensure your scales operate at peak efficiency when you need them most. When unchecked, minor problems become major ones, threatening your immediate profitability. Preventative maintenance eliminates minor issues before they overwhelm you.

Preventative maintenance could include: calibration and testing, cleaning, load cell examinations, changing of pins (if necessary), and regreasing of load cells. Our technicians analyze every possible area of concern to prolong the life of the scale and make it work as efficiently as possible for your business.
